1. What's the procedures of ordering?
[Answer]: Procedures of Ordering is as below
1. Customer to send the enquiry with brief/detailed requirements.
2. Redeagle to provide the professional quotation with details to customers based on customer's request.
3. Customers to confirm the price, delivery time, artwork, payment terms and etc.
4. Redeagle to send the pro-forma invoice to customers for payment purpose.
5. Customer to arrange the sample & printing mold cost or deposit to Redeagle.
6. Redeagle to produce the pre-production sample as per customer’s specific requirements.
7. Redeagle to provide the photos of pre-production sample or send the real samples for approval.
8. Customers to confirm the pre-production samples.
9. Redeagle to start the mass production after getting customer’s approval for pre-production sample.
10. Redeagle to send the photos of mass production and mass products to customer for reference.
11. Customers to conduct the QC inspection before goods delivery to forwarder’s warehouse.
12. Customer to arrange the balance to Redeagle if inspection result is within the AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).
13. Redeagle to arrange the goods delivery and book the shipping space with forwarder.
14. Forwarder to arrange the Customs clearance in China and load to vessel.
2. Can you accept OEM and ODM?
[Answer]: Yes, OEM and ODM are welcome. We have the fully capability to customize any design, shape and size as per customers' specific requirements.
3. Can I request a sample?
[Answer]: Yes, After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
- The courier charge is on buyer's account.
- Sample fee will return when order is confirmed.
4. How can you ensure the product quality?
[Answer]: Our QC department will inspect each process of the mass production, and we also welcome third part inspection.
5. After receipt of goods, how to do if they have any quanlity problems?
a. take a picture for quality problem's part.
b. note down the quality problem products quantity.
c. find the quanlity problem products PI number.
